Resend Policy

Each customer is precious and important to us the Resend Policy for you. 

But before it, please understand that we can’t control anything for shipment.

We will resend to you, If you are with one of the following conditions:


1.If you think the items that you received are not fit for you, Exchange is not acceptable, you can pay $15 postage of resending,we will arrange a new shipment for you.


2. If the declared shipment time is less than 30 days or equal 30 days, and it has  been more than 30 days since you could track the package online, please contact us, and then we will resend you the package at once for free.


3. If the declared shipment time is more than 30 days, and it has been more than 60 days since you could track the package online, please contact us, and then we will resend you the package at once for free.


4.If the package is getting lost or seized by the customs.please contact us, and we will resend the package to you for free, and make sure you get it.



Where i can see the “declared shipment time”?


When you are on checkout page, then choose the shipping method, you can see the declared shipment time that follows the shipping method. Normal shipping and DHL have the different declared shipment time.
